Q: What is the advantage of using realtime?
A: Merrill is a leading provider of realtime depositions. Using realtime reporting saves valuable time in the discovery process by giving you instant access to testimony so you can digest it immediately or use it for other depositions that are scheduled soon after.
Many of our clients also say that receiving a realtime feed allows them to easily refer back to testimony throughout the deposition to ensure that they are getting the information they need.
Receive an instant visual display of the deposition testimony as it is spoken.
You can leave the deposition with an electronic transcript in hand. Realtime can speed up proceedings by up to 25 percent, cutting costs and resolving matters more quickly.
Merrill can send deposition text and video over the Internet so that appropriate remote parties receive the text in realtime as well as the video stream. This service enables attorneys and paralegals to observe depositions from their home offices without incurring unnecessary travel costs.
